What to expect?
Treatment will be conducted one on one in a private room. A thorough medical history assessment is taken followed by gentle hands on techniques. Self care tips and how to treat yourself at home will be given at the end.

What Should I Wear?
Women are suggested to wear a loose fitting tank top and shorts. A two piece bikini, or bra and underwear.
Men are suggested to wear shorts, or a sport brief/boxer.
JFB Myofascial release is done skin to skin so overall the client should wear something they feel comfortable in that allows the most access to their skin.
John Barnes Myofascial release does not use lotion. Therefore, no oils, lotions, cologne, or perfumes should be applied before the session.
Cancellation Policy
If you can no longer make your appointment it is your job to inform us ahead of time. Cancellations and reschedules are to be made no less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you are responsible for paying a late cancellation fee of 100% of your originally scheduled service. You will not be charged if cancelling no less than 24 hours ahead of time
No Show Policy - For any appointment that is a no-call/no-show, you are responsible for paying the full cost of the scheduled appointment. You will be considered a no-call/show if you do not arrive within 15 minutes after the start time of your appointment without communicating you are running late.
Exceptions - Exceptions for things such as illness, weather, and emergencies will be given on a case-by-case basis.
Accepted Forms of Payment
Cash, Check, and major credit cards (2.75% processing fee). Starting January 1st, 2023 all massage therapists will be required to charge 6% sales tax on their services unless it is deemed medically necessary and the client provides proof of doctors note.
